A Green Manufacturing Facility
Located on the edge of beautiful Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island, we are constantly reminded of how important our environment is. We seek to preserve and protect our environment in our business practices. We have proven that not only can we be good custodians to our local environment, but we can also prove that proper environmental practices are cost effective as well. Currently our plating operation recycles all rinses and metals using 99% of materials, saving thousands of dollars every year in lost materials and unnecessary pollution controls.

Our facility uses infrared gas heating for both factory and process heat in its new modern facility.
The company has closed loop plating with zero emissions, the only one of its kind locally and clear coat lines as well as new hydraulic power presses with closed loop cooling systems.
Our cleaning systems all use bio-degradable, citric based cleaners instead of toxic cleaners.
We recycle all metals and rinse waters used our our manufacturing processes.
Our production includes the use of robotics and automated stamping operations for safety and ease of use for our employees.
